December Order
We will have a delivery on December 1 (orders need to be finalized by November 25 evening.) We will not have another delivery until January 26 (skipping an order), so please order accordingly.You can view the pricelist for this order as a .pdf file here.
If you wish to subscribe to the monthly PAPER catalog (UNFI is DIScouraging this), please email coordinator. Be sure to include your mailing address. You will be charged $18.99 (sales tax + $18) in December or January.

It's time to start planning the Thanksgiving meal! Here's what I'm offering this year, some classics, some new twists on the traditional Thanksgiving flavors, and some items for the bread basket. Place your order by Sunday, November 23rd.
Pickup will be at my house (southside of La Crosse) between 4 and 7 p.m. on Wednesday. Other times may be an option; if you can't make it those times on Wednesday, but you'd still like to order, email fireflybaking@gmail.com

Cranberry Pecan Tart - Tart cranberries with pecans and orange zest in a sweet pastry shell. 9" (serves 8-10) $22
Caramel Walnut Tart - This one is a decadent treat! Rich caramel and walnut filling topped with a layer of milk chocolate ganache. 7" (serves 8-10) $24

Eggnog Bundt Cake with Whisky Glaze - Not your traditional Thanksgiving dessert, but this is one my favorite holiday treats. 6" cake (serves 8-10) $16
